M. Barry Levy is the senior partner at the firm of Sharretts, Paley, Carter & Blauvelt, P.C. He is a past president of the Customs and International Trade Bar Association and currently serves as chairman of the Committee on Customs and International Trade Law of the New York County Lawyer's Association. He is the coeditor of the Handbook on Customs and international Trade Law, 1996 edition, prepared by the New York County Lawyers' Association.
